My sister and I are in town for the Jazz Festival and were looking for a breakfast spot within walking distance of our hotel. A quick Google search led us to Fife's and I'm so glad it did! Ohmigoodness, they were so good! We had cheese grits, eggs, a cheese omelette, beef sausage, hash browns, pancakes, biscuits and toast between the 2 of us and EVERYTHING was delicious! Our waitress was great and service was, too. Even though they were pretty busy our food still came out in a reasonable amount of time. Should we ever come back to Birmingham we will definitely be revisiting Fife's!!!

Great southern home cooked food! The location is not prime (reason for 4 stars and not 5) but we go here for breakfast (awesome), lunch and dinner without any problems so far. This food is not out of the can! Service is very friendly and helpful! You can either go through a deli type line to select what you want or you can sit and order something from a menu. You can't go wrong with anything you order and you will probably have leftovers!

This is the best breakfast joint I have been to in Birmingham! It's the only place I can get my friends to come and enjoy themselves without alcohol for breakfast. We love it! Susan has always provided me with the utmost service and courteousy. Always friendly and polite. When I have the opportunity to do dine here I take atvantage.
